Dash London is a United Kingdom based online clothing brand. We have six third-party Warehouse and fulfillment centres around the world.
When a customer place an order with us we process it between 2 to 5 days and ship it from the Warehouse or fulfillment centre that is closest to the customer and stocks availability. For instance, if a customer from USA placed an order, we will ship the product from one of the Warehouse and fulfillment centres in the US. This will ensure that customers will receive their products as soon as possible.

SHIPPING
Our products are all custom made and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! We work tirelessly to ensure that you receive your goods in the best condition.
We have all the products in stock most of the time in our warehouses around the world.
If we don’t have the product in our warehouse it takes between 2-7 days to create our unique designs. We will ship using a tracked delivery service as soon as your order has been completed.
Delivery takes between 3-14 days in the UK if we shipped products from UK warehouse. If the products shipped from Austria or Spain warehouses delivery takes between 3-21 days - See below for further information on different locations.
UK, AUSTRIA, SPAIN & IRELAND
All UK orders include FREE tracked shipping. When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info for the courier.
Most UK orders arrive within 5-7 working days of the order being placed. Please allow 14 working days before contacting us about your order. If we don’t have the products in UK Warehouse and it coming from Austria or Spain. That will take 5-21 days.
