EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, your items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days we unfortunately can’t offer you an exchange or refund. As most of our products are custom made for each order, exchanges & refunds will be dealt with accordingly, on an individual basis.
Items being exchanged or returned must be unworn, in the original packaging, with any tags intact.
Promotional or Sale items are not returnable or exchange!

We advise that all items being returned should be sent via a tracked shipping service with your name and email associated with you order included, in order to prevent delays. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ORDER IS RETURNED?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Due to the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Items on sale
- Custom or Personalised orders
- All orders of the Champion– Dash London product line (as these are custom or personalised orders)
- Swimwear items (due to health/hygiene reasons)
